Purpose: Contact, quotation, preparation and execution of transport contracts.

Legal basis: Consent and pre-contractual steps (GDPR Article 6 (1) a–b).
Retention period: 12 months; 8 years if a contract is concluded.
Access: Only authorized staff members.

b) Job Applications
Purpose: Managing applications, evaluating candidates, preparing employment contracts.
Data processed: Name, address, email, phone, work experience, driver’s license, CV.
Legal basis: Consent and pre-contractual steps.
Retention period: 6 months after the selection process.
Transfer: No transfer; data remains within internal HR management.
