Retention period: 12 months; 8 years if a contract is concluded.
Access: Only authorized staff members.

b) Job Applications
Purpose: Managing applications, evaluating candidates, preparing employment contracts.
Data processed: Name, address, email, phone, work experience, driver’s license, CV.
Legal basis: Consent and pre-contractual steps.
Retention period: 6 months after the selection process.
Transfer: No transfer; data remains within internal HR management.

c) Contact Forms
Purpose: Handling inquiries, providing quotations, maintaining contact.

Legal basis: Consent.

Transfer: None, except in case of official requests by authorities.

5. Legal Basis for Processing
